Interim notice: a full policy will replace this before launch
This page explains what the Tavla website collects and why. It concerns the website only.
The app and the website are different environments
The Tavla app itself never sends your writing, your lookups, or anything about you anywhere. Its one possible connection is an anonymous check for updates, which can be turned off. This website, like any business site, is where signups and, later, analytics and advertising happen, all described here.
What the waitlist collects
- Your email address.
- Your consent to receive Tavla updates, and the time you gave it.
- Whether you asked to hear about Tavla Cloud.
- Which page the signup came from (to understand where interest starts).
Nothing more. The email list holds email addresses, not enriched profiles.
Why, and for how long
The email is used only to send occasional updates about Tavla: the launch, the founding price, and how it is being built. Data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted.
Who processes it
Email is stored and sent through Resend, the email provider, acting on Tavla’s behalf. The API key that connects to Resend is held on the server and is never exposed to your browser.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time from the link in any email.
- Request access to, or deletion of, your data by writing to hi@mayara.design.
- Consent is opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time.
